How does the FREE draft Will work?
- Complete an online questionnaire about your estate and proposed beneficiaries
- You will receive by email a draft copy of a Will to read and consider with your family
- Following the guidance notes included and the signing instructions, the language can be used as the basis for a legally-binding Will
Have a lawyer draft and help execute your Will
- While the Draft Will may be used as the basis for a legally-binding will, it is recommended that you consult a lawyer prior to its execution
- For a fixed fee, our solicitors will offer a telephone consultation to confirm the Draft Will is in order and assist your executing the documents
- We can also offer to keep the final executed document in our secure safe at our offices
- For an additional fee we can offer complex estate planning advice and draft your powers of attorney and enduring guardian appointment
