Further questionnaire​

Make Purchaser Declaration​

  • All persons entering into a transaction to acquire land in NSW must complete a Purchaser Declaration Form to be submitted to the Office of State Revenue.

Complete PEXA Authority Form​

  • Under the new 'harmonised' regime for electronic conveyancing, this is the authority document by which we can act on your behalf for the transaction

Arrange Property Insurance​

  • For a free-standing (Torrens title) property, your bank will normally need to see a policy of buildings insurance in place prior to settlement (and, in any case, it is recommended!).
