  • While the Draft Will may be used as the basis for a legally-binding will, it is recommended that you consult a lawyer prior to its execution
  • For a fixed fee, our solicitors will offer a telephone consultation to confirm the Draft Will is in order and assist your executing the documents
  • We can also offer to keep the final executed document in our secure safe at our offices
  • For an additional fee we can offer complex estate planning advice and draft your powers of attorney and enduring guardian appointment
