It was easy to understand, and told me exactly what needed to happen next. When the agent suddenly gave an offer deadline, they had the updated contract to me to sign in 20 mins, meaning I was able to participate in the pre auction process. The office is principally run by Megan Delkou, the licensee in charge of Dott & Crossitt’s first franchise.
