Adele is the firm's Practice Excellence Manager, a role helping our conveyancers to adhere to the best possible professional and market standards.
Adele's role in Dott & Crossitt is as Practice Excellence Manager. Although she has more than 30 years under her belt managing property matters herself, she has recently moved into a role where she can share that experience and knowledge with the rest of the team.
Even as a high school student, Adele was attracted to the idea of having a career in the legal profession. It was within six months of working as a legal secretary however that she found herself drawn to conveyancing. That was it for her. She has been working in conveyancing ever since, and also completed the Conveyancing - Law and Practice qualification at Macquarie University in 2001.
Adele’s ability to understand not only the process for managing the buying or selling of a property, but the emotions behind it, is what made clients come back to her time and time again. It is now that experience & knowledge that Adele imparts to our team, particularly our junior conveyancers coming up through the ranks.
She joined Dott & Crossitt five years ago and loves the way the team bands together, supports each other and brings their combined expertise to ensure that every transaction is seamless for their clients.
