Dott & Crossitt opened its Gold Coast office in 2022, initially in response to massive demand from our clients for an interstate office, as the Queensland property market seemed the place to invest.

What started as an office to service NSW clients buying in QLD shortly turned into a fully staffed office to service the Gold Coast market which continues to thrive.

‍Our office in Nerang is staffed by conveyancer Janine Bennett and conveyancing assistant Jess Cowell and is regularly attended by other staff such as our principal solicitor Jared Zak.

We are fully resourced to take on any manner of Queensland conveyancing transactions.
