Jess is a long-standing and valued member of the Dott & Crossitt team, currently she is part of our Compliance and Practice Excellence Team. Since joining the firm in 2015 as Office Manager, she has grown alongside the business and played a key role in shaping the high standards of service and professionalism that define the practice. With a background in legal secretarial work and hands-on conveyancing experience, Jess developed a strong understanding of the client journey and the importance of clear communication, efficiency, and care. In her current role, she is focused on enhancing systems, streamlining processes, and supporting team performance across the firm. When she is not working, you'll find her juggling her three kiddies and fur babies on the coast. Big lover of all things beach walks, coffee and sunsets (and yes, she knows she is a walking cliche).
