Ella Zak is one of Dott & Crossitt’s experienced solicitors, specialising in property and corporate law. Ella’s passion for law, and motivation to become a solicitor, started in her teenage years. Her keen interest in language and negotiation also kept her family on their toes from a young age, discovering her keen eye for details would be best suited to a career in law.
She studied law at the University of Adelaide where she graduated from a Bachelor of Law with Honours in 2015, she also completed her practical legal training in 2015 and was admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in 2016.
Ella joined Dott & Crossitt in 2016, drawn to its collaborative nature and team-based values. She credits the professional approach, family feel and friendly nature of her colleagues as the key things that attract clients to working with them time and time again.
Ella’s disposition for detail and organisation is perfectly suited to conveyancing. She feels most at home when she is working with people from all walks of life on achieving their property dreams. Whether it be a young couple purchasing their first home, a family purchasing an investment property in a beachside town or an elderly couple downsizing their home, her efficient nature and eye for detail ensures a smooth process for all her clients.
Over the years she has also developed great relationships with many real estate agents who have grown to appreciate her accessibility, advice and fast turnaround times. Her continued referrals are testament to the hard work of her and the team.
